Terms and Conditions

Booking

• The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course to confirm your place

• Health questionnaires must be completed before attending your class

• Health questionnaires must be completed by parents/carers attending the course

• It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform The Zen Baby Company of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis

• By booking a course you hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions

During Class

• Please arrive on time to class and notify me if you will be late or cannot attend

• Please have mobile phones on silent and limit phone use and phone calls during class

• Please be aware that any information shared by members of the class should be treated as confidential and not shared beyond the group

Photographs

• You may only take photographs of yourself and your own child (unless permission is granted by another parent/carer)

• If a family raises concerns that they or their baby have been photographed without consent, you will be asked to delete the image

• On booking, we gain your consent to take photographs of you and your child for social media/website. If you have declined consent, this will be respected

• If you are happy for photographs to be shared on social media, please tag @thezenbabycompany or email them to gabriella@thezenbabycompany.co.uk

• We may ask to take photographs during class for social media/promotional work/website, if you decline consent, this will be respected

Refunds and class cancellations

• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or text. Where possible we will try to reschedule the class or offer a refund

• If a class or one-off workshop needs to be rescheduled due to “Acts of God” and the attendee is unable to attend the alternative date, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to reschedule a session, then a refund will be provided

• Refund are at The Zen Baby Company’s discretion

• No refunds are issued for missed classes

• If you are unable to attend the full booked course, I require two weeks’ notice to try to fill your spot. Refunds are given at my discretion

Other

• Your contact information will not be shared with third parties

• We reserve the right to update fees and our terms and conditions

• The Zen Baby Company cannot accept liability for items that are lost of stolen whilst on the premises. Please leave valuables at home. Lost property will be kept for 1 week before being disposed of

• There may be times when it may be unsafe for you to partake in a class in line with the health questionnaire – a full explanation will be given

• Please wear comfortable clothing for classes as the classes will take place on the floor.
